No rhyme or reason for this card, other than the fact a friend sent it to me, and I thought it would make a
beautiful card.  I love how it turned out.  So simple, but I really really like it.

Just IMagine Crafts GDT mini album

Mini album. Special times with a special friend.   I used the Krexions circle cutter on my mini album

and loved it.  It really made for interesting pages and I found that I could get more photos on each 

page.  

We went garage saling.  Twix loves Christina as much as we do.

We fed the ducks in the park.  Christina showed me how to use
her phone, I still don't know how. LOL

We played in the huge leaf pile in the park. Felt good to be
a kid again.  :)  

Garden girl decoupage

I decided to make my mom a mother's day present.  I used Sherri Baldy's beautiful 3d decoupage kit.
It already comes colored so it took less than an hour to make this.  Hope mom likes it as much as I do.

This is a page of my husband and his dog Smooch on the boat. We spend a lot of time on the lakes in the summer since we live in Michigan. I used the Kreaxions punch #903 to make the little photo corners, and the decorative design behind the photo of Smooch. I used free clipart and a free font to cut the title and the anchors.

Mothers Day Card

I felt it was missing something so I blinged it up a bit.

I think I am going to add the word mom going downward on the side of my card, not sure yet.  I love how this turned out, but thinking a little die cut word would be pretty cool coming out from behind the easel card.

makeup girl

Today I bought a stamp from Karber.  Isn't she pretty?  You can find this stamp over at: http://www.karberdigital.com/  If you want this particular stamp click on Fashion, then go to

I used Copic markers to color her.  The paper is from Recollections. I also used my favorite embellishment which just happens to be self sticking glitter tape.  I'm not sure if thats the real name for it, but I like it.   Thanks for taking a peak at my new card.

curley sue digi stamp on a layout

Just waiting on the perfect for this scrapbook page to finish it off. :) I used Recollections paper collection, all about girls, and I used Sherri Baldy's Bestie digi stamp Curley Sue. This is a lot of pattern for the eyes, hope you don't get dizzy looking at it. LOL  Have you ever made a layout before you had a photo for it?  Once I get the photo for it, I'll add a title.

Happy Easter

It is a rainy day here in Michigan this wonderful Easter morning.  Not sure if any young ones will be outside looking for eggs today.
In a couple hours we will be eating a yummy dinner with my husband's side of the family.  We have a newborn baby niece in our family.  Will be cute to see her all in her little Easter dress.

I want to wish all my friends a very Happy Easter.

This is my card.  I am just learning how to use Copic Markers. I have a long way to go, but it sure is fun
practicing with them.  

Small gift bag with matching card

Easy 10 minute project.  I used an svg file to cut this little big.  I am using Echo Park paper from the Little boy line.  Anne Luper carries this at her store Paper Patch Crafts.  My son turns 23 this year

and I want him to remember he'll always be my little boy.

DT assignment

I am trying to get on a design team for Puddleduck Publishing.  It has been narrowed down to 15 girls.
Our assignment is to make a wedding card with a Mickey and Minnie theme.

I wanted to still have a traditional feel about my card, I think it worked out pretty well.  :)

After creating a birthday card for my 23 year old son yesterday, I thought I would scrap a few photos of him as a baby. Wow where did the time go? What a beautiful but cold February morning here is Michigan.  It snowed a lot overnight and the trees and lawn are covered with that pretty white stuff.  I don't think I will be venturing outside today though.  :)  Perfect day for crafting.  Any day is a good day to craft.

Chapstick purse/case

Thanks for stopping by today.  I made a chapstick purse.  It was so simple to make.   I fell in love with this Renew Line of paper, isn't it pretty?  I added a feather, and some silver string to complete it.
